After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that our fulfilment team has received it. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel, you can do so without providing a reason, but you must return the undamaged items to our business premises at your expense. The exempt products must be for personal use, or if purchased for someone else, that person must qualify for VAT exemption and the products are for their sole use. False declarations may result in penalties.

VAT relief is not applicable to M (Regular), G (Wide), and K (Large) fitting footwear.

Customers claiming VAT relief agree to the terms and conditions under Group 12 of Schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act of 1994.
