Width Fitting

The TDO 902-M is the ultimate extra-wide orthopedic shoe for men, designed for bandaged or swollen feet. Featuring two Velcro straps and a wide opening that extends to the toes, it allows for easy entry and a secure fit.

With a 6E (H last) fitting — two sizes wider and deeper than regular, these shoes provide ample space for orthotics like AFOs and KAFOs.

The rocker bottom sole promotes natural movement, reducing pressure on the feet, while the diabetic-friendly design ensures moisture control, cushioning, and protection against blisters. Combining functionality with style, the TDO 902-M offers all-day comfort and support for any occasion.

Two insole options: Each pair comes with two sets of removable insoles: a standard 10 mm set and a slimmer 6 mm set. If the fit feels snug, switch to the 6 mm set to create around 4 mm of extra internal space for a roomier fit.

  • Upper: Soft calf leather throughout
  • Lining: Smooth seam-free leather
  • Depth: Extra deep, with a 4 mm adjustment available between the two insoles
  • Fitting: Extra wide and extra deep 6E, built on the H last
  • Closure: Two touch-fasten straps; the upper opens to the toes
  • Sole: PU, rocker profile, firm heel and arch, limited forefoot flex
  • Insoles: 10 mm arch-support insole with metatarsal dome as standard, 6 mm slim alternative, both removable

  • With both Kendal straps released, brush away loose debris and wipe the black calf leather using a lightly moistened cloth.
  • Once the upper is dry, apply black shoe polish in a thin coat and buff it without touching the fastening tape.
  • Use brief, repeatable fitting periods during the first two days, checking the position of any compatible brace each time.
  • Following two days of wear, leave the upper fully open for a day so the lining and removable footbed can air.
  • Keep this shoe away from deep water, heavy rain and snow; air-dry it well away from direct heat if it gets wet.
  • Remove lint from both hook-and-loop strips and rest the straps across the upper without pulling them tight during storage.
  • If the wearer has reduced sensation, inspect the feet after fitting and early use, and stop if redness or a pressure mark is observed.

  • Free tracked shipping with delivery in 2 working days.
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Built to Open Right Up: Kendal 902-M

Choose Kendal 902-M when a conventional shoe throat makes entry awkward around bandaging or a suitable orthosis. Both sides fold away for top-down entry, giving it a different fitting method from lace-up and slip-on extra wide fit shoes.

Full-Opening Upper
Release both touch-fastening straps and the upper folds back, exposing the removable footbed.
Two Independent Straps
The forefoot and instep can be adjusted separately to suit the foot or a compatible brace.
6E H-Last Space
The extra-wide, extra-deep last runs from UK 6 to UK 13 and provides additional height above the footbed.
Removable Insole Choices
The contoured 10 mm footbed can be exchanged for the slim 6 mm option when approximately 4 mm more internal clearance is required.
Smooth Leather Lining
The seam-free construction presents fewer raised internal joins against the foot.
Supportive Rocker Sole
The bowed sole provides a rolling profile beneath the fully opening upper. The heel and arch stay firm for support, while the forefoot allows a small amount of flex.

How can TDO Therapy shoes help with foot problems?

TDO Therapy shoes are designed to provide enhanced comfort, support and protection for a wide range of foot needs. Whether you are looking for greater everyday comfort or footwear to accommodate changing foot shape, swelling, orthotics or other foot-related concerns, our shoes combine carefully considered features to support easier, more comfortable movement. Our range includes different fits and constructions for people who need more room, adjustability or flexibility than conventional footwear may provide.

  • Triple-Layer Technology: Our unique triple-layer construction combines natural leather, cushioning memory foam and a soft inner lining. It adapts to the feet throughout the day, providing lasting cushioning, comfort and protection against rubbing and pressure.
  • Even Pressure Distribution: The orthopaedic sole helps distribute pressure more evenly across the foot, reducing stress on sensitive areas.
  • Comfortable, Accommodating Fit: Wider fittings, adjustable fastenings, removable footbeds and deeper designs offer different ways to accommodate individual fitting requirements and compatible orthotics.
  • Breathable Natural Leather: Soft, breathable leather encourages airflow, helping feet remain cool and comfortable.
  • Shock Absorption: The cushioned sole helps soften impact and support more comfortable walking.
  • Removable Insoles: Insoles can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics where required.
  • Seamless Interior: A smooth interior helps minimise friction and irritation against sensitive skin.
  • Antibacterial Protection: Antibacterial-treated materials help maintain a fresher and more hygienic environment inside the shoe.
