Kent 201.20-M is a men's extra wide fit orthopaedic diabetic shoe built on our 6E (H) last — extra wide and extra deep, for feet that need maximum room. The removable anatomic insoles free up space for custom orthotics or diabetic insoles without crowding the toes, and the seam-free leather lining reduces friction against sensitive skin.

Underfoot, a semi-rigid sole with a gentle rocker stays firm through the heel and arch while allowing a small amount of forefoot flex — a stable base for feet affected by diabetes, neuropathy, arthritis or swelling that changes during the day.

Handmade in our own factory from natural calf leather, Kent offers the depth and steady support that difficult-to-fit feet need, from first thing in the morning to the end of the day.

Two insole options: Each pair comes with two sets of removable insoles: a standard 10 mm set and a slimmer 6 mm set. If the fit feels snug, switch to the 6 mm set to create around 4 mm of extra internal space for a roomier fit.

  • Upper: Full natural calf leather
  • Lining: Seam-free leather lining
  • Depth: Extra deep throughout; about 4 mm in hand from the slim insole
  • Fitting: Extra wide and extra deep 6E, built on the H last
  • Closure: Single touch-fasten strap
  • Sole: Rocker-bottom sole unit in PU; firm heel and arch, limited forefoot flex
  • Insoles: 10 mm contoured (arch support and metatarsal dome) plus 6 mm slim, both supplied and removable

  • For Kent 201.20-M, use a soft damp cloth on the Black calf-leather upper and wipe beneath the lifted instep strap as well.
  • Maintain the plain finish with a restrained amount of black or neutral polish, removing any excess before it reaches the lining.
  • Start with controlled indoor wear so the strap position and chosen insole depth can be assessed together.
  • Give the H-last Kent a dry day between periods of sustained use to air its deep leather interior.
  • Keep the natural leather away from immersion, heavy rain and snow, and never speed drying with a fire, radiator or hot-air device.
  • Fasten the single strap loosely while the shoe is stored so the hook-and-loop face remains covered and clean.
  • Take out the selected 10 mm or 6 mm footbed overnight and ensure its edges lie flat when it is returned.
  • If sensation is impaired, inspect the feet following each initial wear and discontinue the shoes if a persistent red area or other visible change appears.

  • Free tracked shipping with delivery in 2 working days.
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A Classic Derby Shape on the H Last: Kent 201.20-M

Among 6E shoes, Kent 201.20-M is the dressier choice for someone who wants a traditional rounded Derby outline with one touch-fastening strap. Its two removable footbeds let you vary internal depth or make room for a compatible orthotic.

Traditional Last Shape, 6E Volume
The toe is rounded in the classic way, yet the interior carries the full extra width and extra depth of the H last.
Single Strap, Short Throw
One touch-fastening strap closes the shoe over the instep and provides straightforward adjustment, though it offers less range than the two-strap models.
Room Built in for Prescribed Insoles
Removing the supplied insole creates additional internal space for a compatible custom orthotic.
Two Insoles, Two Depths
The deeper of the two supplied insoles (10 mm) is contoured at the arch and behind the metatarsals; the shallower one (6 mm) gives around 4 mm more headroom.
No Stitching Inside the Forefoot
The leather lining is seam-free, which matters for skin that marks easily.
Gentle Rocker with Firm Arch Support
The semi-rigid sole has a gentle rocker curve through the forefoot. The heel and arch stay firm for support, while the forefoot allows a small amount of flex.

How can TDO Therapy shoes help with foot problems?

TDO Therapy shoes are designed to provide enhanced comfort, support and protection for a wide range of foot needs. Whether you are looking for greater everyday comfort or footwear to accommodate changing foot shape, swelling, orthotics or other foot-related concerns, our shoes combine carefully considered features to support easier, more comfortable movement. Our range includes different fits and constructions for people who need more room, adjustability or flexibility than conventional footwear may provide.

  • Triple-Layer Technology: Our unique triple-layer construction combines natural leather, cushioning memory foam and a soft inner lining. It adapts to the feet throughout the day, providing lasting cushioning, comfort and protection against rubbing and pressure.
  • Even Pressure Distribution: The orthopaedic sole helps distribute pressure more evenly across the foot, reducing stress on sensitive areas.
  • Comfortable, Accommodating Fit: Wider fittings, adjustable fastenings, removable footbeds and deeper designs offer different ways to accommodate individual fitting requirements and compatible orthotics.
  • Breathable Natural Leather: Soft, breathable leather encourages airflow, helping feet remain cool and comfortable.
  • Shock Absorption: The cushioned sole helps soften impact and support more comfortable walking.
  • Removable Insoles: Insoles can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics where required.
  • Seamless Interior: A smooth interior helps minimise friction and irritation against sensitive skin.
  • Antibacterial Protection: Antibacterial-treated materials help maintain a fresher and more hygienic environment inside the shoe.
