Width Fitting

Introducing the 616.06.20-UNI, a revolutionary footwear solution meticulously designed for individuals with active feet seeking unparalleled comfort and mobility.

6E (H last) — extra wide and extra deep, for feet needing maximum room.

Engineered with precision, these shoes feature a soft, stretchy design alleviating pressure on painful toes and joints, alongside a durable rocker bottom sole for natural movement.

With a 6E (H last) fitting and adjustable 'hook and loop' strap, they cater to various foot conditions including swollen feet, hammer toes, and bunions, ensuring comfort and stability all day long.

Two insole options: Each pair comes with two sets of removable insoles: a standard 10 mm set and a slimmer 6 mm set. If the fit feels snug, switch to the 6 mm set to create around 4 mm of extra internal space for a roomier fit.

  • Upper: Calf leather with a soft stretch panel across the forefoot
  • Lining: Smooth seam-free leather
  • Depth: Extra deep, with a 4 mm adjustment available between the two insoles
  • Fitting: Extra wide and extra deep 6E, built on the H last
  • Closure: One touch-fasten strap over the instep
  • Sole: Semi-rigid rocker sole, PU; firm heel and arch, limited forefoot flex
  • Insoles: 10 mm arch-support insole with metatarsal dome as standard, 6 mm slim alternative, both removable

  • Begin by brushing the stretch forefoot of Ashby 616.06.20-UNI gently to remove dry surface dust.
  • Use a lightly dampened cloth on the black calf-leather quarters, heel and strap, then leave them to air dry.
  • Apply polish around the leather sections with care and keep all conditioners away from the fabric panel.
  • Clear fibres from the single touch-fastening strip and store it aligned loosely across the instep.
  • Fit either the 10 mm or the 6 mm insole, never both together, and air the selected footbed outside the shoe.
  • Keep early wears brief enough to reassess the strap setting and the space around the stretch panel.
  • Avoid washing, soaking or tumble-drying this leather-and-textile upper; natural room-temperature drying is required.
  • Try the 6E fit on a clean indoor surface before taking the black rocker sole outside.

  • Free tracked shipping with delivery in 2 working days.
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Stretch Where the Toes Need Give: Ashby 616.06.20-UNI

Choose this Ashby when a stretch forefoot is wanted alongside the width and depth of the 6E H last. For customers comparing bunion shoes, it combines flexible space at the front with one touch-fastening strap, rocker geometry and two removable footbed depths.

Stretch Panel Across the Forefoot
Flexible textile provides give around raised toe joints or a prominent bunion while retaining a soft front surface.
Structured Leather Rearfoot
Calf leather supports the sides, heel and fastening while flexibility is concentrated at the front.
Extra-Wide, Extra-Deep 6E Fitting
The H last supplies additional room before the stretch panel is considered.
Single Touch-Fastening Strap
The instep setting can be reopened and adjusted whenever required.
Two Footbed Depths
Use the contoured 10 mm insole or the slimmer 6 mm alternative to vary internal height by about 4 mm.
Supportive Rocker Sole
The curved sole provides a rolling profile beneath the stretch-front upper. The heel and arch stay firm for support, while the forefoot allows a small amount of flex.

  • Breathable Natural Leather: Soft, breathable leather encourages airflow, helping feet remain cool and comfortable.
  • Shock Absorption: The cushioned sole helps soften impact and support more comfortable walking.
  • Removable Insoles: Insoles can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics where required.
