The lace-up closure ensures a secure, fully adjustable fit, adapting easily to changes in foot shape or swelling throughout the day.   • Brush dried surface dirt from Forge 415.20-M, paying attention to the sole edge and the folds beside the lower lacing.
  • Follow with a well-wrung cloth on the calf leather and wait until the boot is fully dry before using conditioner or polish.
  • Undo the laces down to the forefoot for entry and removal instead of forcing the foot through a tightly laced opening.
  • Take the selected removable footbed out each evening and store the unused insole flat in a dry place.
  • When this boot is rain-dampened, open the tongue, insert plain paper loosely and leave it at normal room temperature.
  • Use shorter periods for the opening two days so the lacing can be fine-tuned at the forefoot, instep and ankle.
  • Rotate the pair after two consecutive days to give the leather lining time to release retained moisture.
  • Where foot sensation is reduced, check the skin after early wear and discontinue use while asking us to review any persistent redness or mark.

Laced Hold from Toe to Ankle: Forge 415.20-M

Choose Forge 415.20-M when you want continuous lace adjustment from the forefoot to above the ankle rather than the two fixed zones of a strap boot. The 6E H-last shape and interchangeable 10 mm and 6 mm footbeds also allow the internal depth to be configured before a suitable prescribed orthotic is fitted.

Continuous Lace Adjustment
The lace run begins low on the forefoot and continues above the ankle, allowing tension to vary along the upper.

Soft natural leather is combined with reinforced heel and quarter sections.
Extra-Wide, Extra-Deep H Last
The 6E construction runs from UK 6 to UK 11 and provides room for a suitable prescribed insole.
