Introducing Marlow 603.20-M — men’s extra wide fit orthopedic diabetic trainers designed to provide maximum space, stability, and comfort.

Built with a 6E (H last) fitting, these trainers offer more depth and width than standard models, making them ideal for men with swollen feet, bunions, or those needing extra room for orthotics. The double Velcro straps ensure a secure and adjustable fit, while the semi-rigid rocker sole provides stability and reduces pressure on joints.

Handcrafted from durable calf leather, Marlow combines structured orthopaedic support with everyday practicality. Whether for daily walking, recovery, or long-standing wear, these trainers deliver lasting comfort and generous room.

Two insole options: Each pair comes with two sets of removable insoles: a standard 10 mm set and a slimmer 6 mm set. If the fit feels snug, switch to the 6 mm set to create around 4 mm of extra internal space for a roomier fit.

  • Upper: Calf leather, soft and natural
  • Lining: Full leather lining, no seams inside
  • Depth: Extra depth from heel to toe, adjustable by around 4 mm with the supplied insoles
  • Fitting: Extra wide and extra deep 6E, built on the H last
  • Closure: Two touch-fasten straps
  • Sole: PU, rocker profile, firm heel and arch, limited forefoot flex
  • Insoles: Two in the box, both removable — a 10 mm arch-and-metatarsal-dome insole and a 6 mm slim one

  • For Marlow 603.20-M, lift surface dust from the black leather with a dry cloth before using a second cloth that is only slightly damp.
  • Condition the calf-leather upper periodically with a modest amount of matching shoe polish, avoiding both strap fasteners.
  • Keep the early fitting sessions brief and consistent across the first 48 hours while the upper begins to settle.
  • Once the pair has had two consecutive days of wear, rest it for a day with the selected insole placed separately to air.
  • If water reaches the shoes, open both straps and leave the leather and semi-rigid PU unit to dry naturally away from heat.
  • Remove dust and lint from the two broad hook-and-loop panels before storing the trainer with the straps gently secured.
  • If the wearer has limited feeling in the feet, make frequent visual fit checks during initial use and stop to obtain advice if a persistent change is seen.

  • Free tracked shipping with delivery in 2 working days.
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Marlow 603.20-M: Trainer Comfort with Two Touch-Fasten Straps

Choose Marlow 603.20-M if you want the depth of the men's H last in a lower trainer with two touch-fastening straps instead of laces. Its interchangeable footbeds make this a practical 6E option when the space for a suitable orthotic or changing foot volume needs to be adjusted.

Two Independently Adjustable Straps
Both bands open widely, allowing the tension over the forefoot and instep to be set separately.
6E Trainer Fitting
The H last provides additional width and height around the forefoot beneath an everyday leather upper.
Supportive Rocker Construction
The bowed sole provides a rolling surface beneath the extra-deep trainer upper. The heel and arch stay firm for support, while the forefoot allows a small amount of flex.
Adaptable Orthotic Space
Remove the contoured footbed for a suitable prescribed insole, subject to individual fit, or use the supplied 6 mm option for a smaller depth adjustment.
Smooth Calf-Leather Interior
The leather lining is finished without prominent stitch lines across the front of the foot.
Adjustable Forefoot Volume
The two strap positions allow the upper fit to be altered without changing the full length of the shoe.

How can TDO Therapy shoes help with foot problems?

TDO Therapy shoes are designed to provide enhanced comfort, support and protection for a wide range of foot needs. Whether you are looking for greater everyday comfort or footwear to accommodate changing foot shape, swelling, orthotics or other foot-related concerns, our shoes combine carefully considered features to support easier, more comfortable movement. Our range includes different fits and constructions for people who need more room, adjustability or flexibility than conventional footwear may provide.

  • Triple-Layer Technology: Our unique triple-layer construction combines natural leather, cushioning memory foam and a soft inner lining. It adapts to the feet throughout the day, providing lasting cushioning, comfort and protection against rubbing and pressure.
  • Even Pressure Distribution: The orthopaedic sole helps distribute pressure more evenly across the foot, reducing stress on sensitive areas.
  • Comfortable, Accommodating Fit: Wider fittings, adjustable fastenings, removable footbeds and deeper designs offer different ways to accommodate individual fitting requirements and compatible orthotics.
  • Breathable Natural Leather: Soft, breathable leather encourages airflow, helping feet remain cool and comfortable.
  • Shock Absorption: The cushioned sole helps soften impact and support more comfortable walking.
  • Removable Insoles: Insoles can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics where required.
  • Seamless Interior: A smooth interior helps minimise friction and irritation against sensitive skin.
  • Antibacterial Protection: Antibacterial-treated materials help maintain a fresher and more hygienic environment inside the shoe.
