Introducing Marlow 603.20-W — women’s extra wide fit orthopedic diabetic trainers offering maximum space, adjustability, and all-day comfort.

Designed with a 6E (H last) fitting, these trainers provide extra depth and width to accommodate swelling, bunions, or orthotics. The double Velcro straps make fastening easy and secure, while the semi-rigid cushioned sole provides excellent stability and shock absorption.

Made from soft natural calf leather, Marlow ensures a gentle fit for sensitive or diabetic feet. With its spacious toe box and seamless interior, this style helps spread pressure across the foot — making it ideal for women seeking reliable comfort and orthopedic protection in their everyday footwear.

Two insole options: Each pair comes with two sets of removable insoles: a standard 10 mm set and a slimmer 6 mm set. If the fit feels snug, switch to the 6 mm set to create around 4 mm of extra internal space for a roomier fit.

  • Upper: Full natural calf leather
  • Lining: Seam-free leather lining
  • Depth: Extra deep throughout; about 4 mm in hand from the slim insole
  • Fitting: Extra wide and extra deep 6E, built on the H last
  • Closure: Two touch-fasten straps
  • Sole: Rocker-bottom sole unit in PU; firm heel and arch, limited forefoot flex
  • Insoles: 10 mm contoured (arch support and metatarsal dome) plus 6 mm slim, both supplied and removable

  • Wipe the full-leather upper of Marlow 603.20-W with a soft damp cloth, paying attention to the folds beside each strap.
  • A light application of black shoe polish can be used on the calf leather, but should not touch the hook-and-loop panels.
  • For the first two days, increase wearing time gradually and keep each trial period broadly similar in length.
  • Alternate the trainer after two consecutive days and remove whichever footbed is fitted while the lining dries.
  • Keep this PU rocker unit out of standing water, and dry a wet pair slowly without a radiator, dryer or other heat source.
  • Store the two straps loosely closed so the upper keeps its shape and the fastening faces collect less fluff.
  • Where foot sensation is reduced, inspect the fit and skin frequently at first and obtain suitable advice if any lasting redness or change is noticed.

  • Free tracked shipping with delivery in 2 working days.
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

An Extra-Deep Trainer for Orthotics: Marlow 603.20-W

Choose Marlow 603.20-W when a low-cut trainer is preferable to an ankle boot but extra width and full-length depth are still required. The two removable footbeds make these shoes for orthotics adaptable when a suitable prescribed insole needs more room.

Full-Length Extra Depth
With a supplied footbed removed, the H last can accommodate a suitable full-length orthotic, subject to individual fitting.
Two Fully Opening Straps
Each fastening releases to create a broad opening and can be adjusted separately over the forefoot and instep.
Low-Cut Trainer Styling
The soft black calf-leather upper provides everyday trainer coverage without rising to the ankle.
Smooth Leather Lining
The interior is finished without prominent seams across the forefoot.
Two Supplied Footbeds
Select the 10 mm contoured insole or the 6 mm slim alternative to vary internal depth by about 4 mm.
Supportive Rocker Profile
The curved sole provides a rolling profile beneath this extra-deep, two-strap trainer. The heel and arch stay firm for support, while the forefoot allows a small amount of flex.

How can TDO Therapy shoes help with foot problems?

TDO Therapy shoes are designed to provide enhanced comfort, support and protection for a wide range of foot needs. Whether you are looking for greater everyday comfort or footwear to accommodate changing foot shape, swelling, orthotics or other foot-related concerns, our shoes combine carefully considered features to support easier, more comfortable movement. Our range includes different fits and constructions for people who need more room, adjustability or flexibility than conventional footwear may provide.

  • Triple-Layer Technology: Our unique triple-layer construction combines natural leather, cushioning memory foam and a soft inner lining. It adapts to the feet throughout the day, providing lasting cushioning, comfort and protection against rubbing and pressure.
  • Even Pressure Distribution: The orthopaedic sole helps distribute pressure more evenly across the foot, reducing stress on sensitive areas.
  • Comfortable, Accommodating Fit: Wider fittings, adjustable fastenings, removable footbeds and deeper designs offer different ways to accommodate individual fitting requirements and compatible orthotics.
  • Breathable Natural Leather: Soft, breathable leather encourages airflow, helping feet remain cool and comfortable.
  • Shock Absorption: The cushioned sole helps soften impact and support more comfortable walking.
  • Removable Insoles: Insoles can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics where required.
  • Seamless Interior: A smooth interior helps minimise friction and irritation against sensitive skin.
  • Antibacterial Protection: Antibacterial-treated materials help maintain a fresher and more hygienic environment inside the shoe.
